It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan J. Lanning (Holland, Massachusetts), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Benjamin J. Lanning; her brother Roy Oster; and her parents, Levi F. Oster and June I. Oster (Estes). She is survived by: her stepson Joshua J. Lanning; her stepgrandchild Bentley of Maine; her siblings, William Oster of Dayville, CT, Steven Oster (Tina Panczyk) of Southbridge, MA, Carlton Lee Oster (Rebecca Wells Garrett) of Holland, MA, Rose Teena Plourde of Stafford Springs, CT, Carolyn Larabee (Jim Marocco) of North Adams, MA, Mary Pollier (Robert) of Hardwick, MA and Gloria Galica (John) of Stafford Springs, CT; and her pets, Barney and Bojangles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
