He is survived by: his wife Beverly Tetreault (Donovan); his sons, Richard Tetreault (Anna) of California and Michael Tetreault (Lisa) of Palmer; his stepsons, James Perry of Wales, Jeffrey Perry of Holland, Brian of Southbridge and Timothy Perry of Southbridge; and his sister Linda Denis (Dick) of Holland. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
