He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Connor (Johnson); his children, William D. O'Connor III (Amy) of Holden, Anne Carver (Paul) of Marlborough, Mary Cahill of Marlborough and Amy Friend (Ted) of Leicester; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Katelyn, Meghan, Samantha, Alexandra, Rebecca, Matthew, Sebastian, Madison and Max; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Harper, Maeve and Nora. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and very close friends.
