He is survived by: his wife Lucy Luong; his sons, Hoang Luong Lam and Richard Luong Lam; and his siblings, Vinh Luong of Seattle, Hieu Luong of New Jersey, Quang, Can Luong, Thuy Luong of Vietnam, Huong and Chau Luong of New Jersey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
