It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Hoffman (Holden, Massachusetts), born in Laconia, New Hampshire, who passed away on April 16, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Richard Fletcher; and also Fort. She is survived by: her daughters, Sean of Andover, Kevin of Manchester, Nancy Poirier (Brian) of Chelmsford and Susan of East Boston; her grandchildren, Matt, Tim, Becky of Andover, Jack and Ben of Chelmsford; her great grandchild Madison; her siblings, Judy Fletcher of Westbrook, CT and Chuck Fletcher (Donna) of Barrington, NH; and her nieces and nephews, Gene Fontaine (Lorraine) of Litchfield, NH and Wendy Ring (Kurt) of Andover. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Progeria Research Foundation, 200 Lake St. Suite 102, Peabody, MA 01960 to honor the memory of Sam Berns, a young man with progeria who inspired many by facing his challenges with amazing grace, a positive attitude, and a determined nature, values that our mom respected so much in a person, especially one so young.
