He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie A. (Maxfield) and Rudolph F. Kohlstrom Sr. Rudy; his wife Barbara A.; and his siblings, Frank, Kenneth, John Kohlstrom, Gloria Valliquette and Katherine Kendrick.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Kohlstrom (Diane) of New Salem, William Kohlstrom (Brenda) of Millbury and Karen Woodcock (Charlie) of Jefferson; and his siblings, Robert Kohlstrom of Leominster and Phyllis Barrows of Lunenburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
