She was predeceased by: her husband Paul F. Mullins; her parents, Robert B. Foley and Catherine E. Foley (Curnin); and her siblings, Thomas Foley, Margaret Fay, Geraldine Elmer and Kathleen Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Paul F. Mullins Jr. (April) of Shrewsbury, Kevin M. Mullins of Worcester, Phillip M. Mullins (Robyn) of Princeton and Maryellen B. Mullins of Worcester; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Kaitlyn, Connor, Janey, Jacob, Seth, Liam, Danica and Madelyn; and her extended family, Pamela, Stephan, Benjamin Williams, Patricia, Jacquelyn Kasper, David and Marianne Mullins.
