She is survived by: her husband Deacon Myles "Ray" Hayes; her children, Kathleen Carlson (Mitchel) of Charlton, Patrick Hayes (Pamela) of West Boylston, Daniel Hayes (Margaret) of Worcester, Brian Hayes of Worcester and Kevin Hayes (Deborah) of Holden; her sister Lorraine Fortin (Roger) of Worcester; her grandchildren, Michaela, Marissa Hayes, Steven, Tyler Carlson, Joseph, Nora and Cara Hayes; her niece Michele Aubin; and her nephews, David and Marc Fortin.
