She is survived by: her children, Rachel Fornal (Michael) of Shrewsbury and Seth Rogin (Andrew Bernis) of New York City; her grandchildren, Michael, Bethany, Zachary and Nicole Fornal; and her cousin Gail Siegel (Michael).
