It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lori J. Occhialini-Jacobsen (Holden, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Duquette and Susan Duquette (Winkelmann) of Holden; her husband Craig Jacobsen of Holden; her sons, Joseph Occhialini of Rutland, Thomas Jacobsen of Holden and Gabriel Jacobsen of Holden; her siblings, Lisa Marks and David Duquette; her family, Tanya, Sonya, Linda, Rob and Julie; and her pet Sammy.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Home (1158 Main St, Holden, MA 01520). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
