He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Lavin (Fortunato); his daughters, Nicole M. Tomanek (Richard) of Hudson, Elyse A. Lavin of Las Vegas and Kelly M. Boucher (Lukas) of Boylston; his sisters, Kathryn Szolusha (Mark) of Florida and Patricia Messina of Auburn; and his grandchildren, Cole, Kyle Tomanek, Chandler Barnes, Joseph and Lucy Boucher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
