He is survived by: his parents, Ralph W. Wagner and Stella L. Wagner (Swenson); his siblings, Shirley L. Wagner of Holden and Ralph W. Wagner, Jr. of Orange; and his nieces, Kathy Rawson (Steven) and Cynthia Wagner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
