It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth A. Starbard of Holden, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd W. Starbard and Mary Louise Starbard (Allen); his wife Alice Winifred (Wentworth); and his brother Roger A. Starbard. He is survived by: his sons, Evan (Meg) of Rutland, Eric (Michele) of Sterling and Eliot (Lisa) of Oakham; his grandchildren, Audrey, Rachael, Andrew, Dana, Christopher and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Lillian and Adelaide.
