He is survived by: his father Larry D. Rudder, Sr.; his wife Rebecca L. Rudder (Blount); his sons, Jon Matthew Lowe, Brenden A. Rudder and Ethan G. A. Rudder; his mother Jeanette Rudder, (Spainhower); his siblings, Larry Douglas Rudder, Jr. (Sheri) and Cynthia K. Deatherage (John); and also, Susan and Russell Pruett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
