He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth L. Stewart (Jason) of South Grafton and Caroline A. Williams (Ryan) of West Boylston; his grandchildren, Chloe, Sean Stewart, Daniel, Aiden and Finn Williams; his former wife Donna J. Finn (Lawson); his sister Marguerite M. Finn of East Hartford, CT.; his son Daniel J. Finn; his brother Thomas L. Finn, Jr.; and his parents, Thomas L. Finn and Marguerite C. Finn (Caffrey).
