It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James G. Halal of Holden, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 86, on June 30, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Halal and Alice Halal (Saad); and his siblings, Donald Halal, Effie M. Malooly and Adele M. Halal.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nicholas Halal, II (Wendy) of Shrewsbury and Barbara Halal of Johnston; his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Jenna, Victoria, Jenne "Gigi" Halal, Michael of Nicholas, III and Anthony Halal; and also Owenn Simpson.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a. m. on Friday, July 3, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 256 Hamilton St., Worcester (appropriate COVID-19 protocol will be observed including the use of face masks and social distancing). Burial will be private.
