She was predeceased by: her parents, June Fairbanks and Roslyn Fairbanks. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Matis (Tammy) of Farmville, NC and David Matis (Kathleen Eager) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Amanda Hill and Zachary Matis; her great grandchildren, Amelia Matis and Warren Hill, Jr.; and her sister Barbara A. Walker of Springfield, VT..
She will be laid to rest along with her husband at Grove Cemetery in Holden when the Covid-19 crisis has ended.
