Mateychuk (Parella); his children, Amelia of Holden, Julia of Holden and Jack Mateychuk of Holden; his mother Jean Mateychuk (David Loiselle) of Southbridge; his parents-in-law, Francis and Kathleen Parella of Holden; his siblings, Aaron Mateychuk (Jennifer Galloway) of Framingham, Erik Ricci of California, Nadine Mateychuk of North Hampton, NH and Alyssa Thornley (Johnny) of Texas; his sister-in-law Leslie McGee (Kieran) of Holden; and his nieces and nephews, Jade, Bay, Reed, Aidan, Delaney, Skylar and Aaron. He is also survived by many friends, colleagues and extended family.
