He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. McIntosh and Mary J. McIntosh (Loomis); his wife Ruth M. McIntosh (Brewer); and his siblings, Frederick, Claude, Kenneth, Frank McIntosh, Madeline Chase and Audrey Reeve.
He is survived by: his children, Donna R. Rollo (Norman) of Sterling and Dale E. McIntosh of Holden; his siblings, Carl McIntosh of Canada, Keith McIntosh of Canada and Jacqueline Theodosis of Worcester; and his great grandchild May. He is also survived by children; six great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
