David I. Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David I. Cook (Holden, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Cook and Ruth Cook (Childs); and his sister Joanne Osterholm. He is survived by: his wife Jean A. Cook (Johnson); his sons, Steven M. Cook (Mary) of Holden, David Scott Cook of Worcester and James Cook (Leslee) of Mystic, CT; his grandchildren, Alice, Kathryn, Michael, Kyle and Christopher; his stepgrandchildren, Eric, Anna, Emily and Rachel; and his great grandchildren, Harold, Natalie and Valentina.
