He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Cohen; and his brother Kenneth Collins. He is survived by: his wife Amy Habeshian Collins; his father Ralph Collins of North Carolina; his daughters, Rachel and Sarah of Florida; his siblings, Gail Ansel (David) of California, Carol Collins Leslie (Brian), Robert Collins of Colorado and Janet Goddard of Rutland, MA; his brother-in-law Harry Minehart of Lexington, MA; and his granddaughter Addison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
