He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Ackerman, Jr. and Irene Ackerman (Winot); and his sister Gayle Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Denise Ackerman (Dubovick); and his brother Bill Ackerman (Tina) of Warren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his faithful companions, Buddy.
