She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Konieczkowski and Helen Konieczkowski (Mularz); and her brothers, Chester and Stanley Mularz. She is survived by: her husband Walter Balyk (Polish); her son Joseph G. Balyk (Marianne); her grandsons, Brett (Corinne), Matthew and Bryan; and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Cameron.
