She was predeceased by: her husband William E. O'Neil; her brothers, George, Robert and Francis Marsh; and her parents, George Marsh and Katherine Marsh (O'Brien).
She is survived by: her children, Bernice Kaiser (Kim) and Atty; her sister Evelyn Henault of West Boylston; her grandchildren, Allison Willis, Elizabeth Mattern, Gregory Mattern, Elaine Taylor and Atty; and her great grandchildren, Reese, Dean, Lynne, Finley, Samantha, Charles, Annie, Emmett, Owen and Calvin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
