He was predeceased by: his brother Russell Havens. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley M. Havens and Elsie M. Havens (Jordan); his wife Merryl C. Havens (Butler); his children, Debbie A. Powers (Jamie Akers) of Louisville, CO, Lisa A. Havens of West Harwich, MA, Monique Hayward and Stephen B. Girling (Rhonda) of North Attleboro; his grandchildren, Cody Michael, Justin Alan, Emil, Jesse, Tyler, Faith, Allyson, Mike and Marc; and his niece Theresa.
