Abigail E. Contis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Abigail E. Contis (Holden, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Johannah Delaurie (Salls). She is survived by: her father George Contis of Windham, NH; her constant smiles Tinkerbell; her stepfather Kevin of Rutland; her siblings, Elijah Contis and Lillian Delaurie; her grandparents, Richard Salls (Donna) of Rutland, Elicia McGinn (Tony) of Barre, Ernest and Carol Contis (Chaput) of Holden; and her aunts and uncles, Alexis McGinn, Christina Perry, Chris, John and Ben Delaurie. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Home (1158 Main St, Holden, MA 01520). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
She later found joy and support as part of the Seven Hills Foundation and Venture Community Day Care Center in Gardner where her bright spirit left a lasting impression.
