He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Higgins and Esther Higgins (Powers); his wife Kathleen Higgins (O'Brien); his children, Timothy Higgins (Kara) of Pawtucket, RI and Molly Walsh (Sean) of Braintree; his grandsons, Luke Higgins, Matthew and Christopher Walsh; and his sisters, Kathleen Gill of Quincy, Mary Wessling (Steve) of Milton and Anne Perry of Milton.
