He was predeceased by: his father William J. Manning. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Manning (Ellie) of Florida, Gerard Manning (Susie) of Florida, Kathleen Bogosh (Roger) of Norton, Patricia Clark (Ronnie) of Holbrook and Teresa Keefe (late William) of Weymouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Saint John's Food Pantry, c/o 556 Washington Street, Quincy, MA 02169.
