She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lively and Maxine Lively of Holbrook; her brother David Lively (Glenda); and her niece Jennifer Ann Lively. She is survived by: her brothers, Harland Lively (Gloria) of Virginia and Arthur Lively (Natalie) of Bristol; her nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Lively (Janice) of Colorado, Kevin Lively of Tennessee, Steven Lively (Julie) of North Carolina, Sara McDermott of Pennsylvania, Sheryl Lively-Morgan (Brian) of Moultonborough, NH. and Glenn Lively (Kelli) of Moultonborough, NH.; and her friends, Cheryl Haver and Barbara Sodergren. She is also survived by twelve grand nieces and nephews and three great grand nieces and nephews.
