She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Hoffman; her parents, Samuel and Jennie; and her great grandchild Dylan. She is survived by: her children, Steven D. Hoffman (Mary Beth) of Melbourne, FL, James W. Hoffman (Holly) of Carver, MA and Elissa A. Cohen (Michael) of Stoughton, MA.; her sister Phyllis Dillon (Bill); her grandchildren, Scott (Amy), Bryan (Eileen), Kevin (Caroline), Adam, Rachel (Pat), Kyle, Joshua and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Emma, Claire, Hailey, Alice and Maggie.
