He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Terrill and Rena Terrill (Westover); his wife Ann Terrill (Chisholm); and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Terrill (Kevin Kuzlotsky) of Avon, Brenda Terrill (Steven Kibbee) of Holbrook and Kenneth J. Terrill, Jr. of Brockton; his pets, Naikee, Cillian and Bray; and his sisters, Sharon Siegfried (Albert) of Taunton, Linda Bethune (Richard) of Brockton and Donna Terrill of Green Valley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
