He was predeceased by: his parents, Atty Edward and Adele Spillane. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Elaine Spillane; his daughters, Julie Spillane Hamilton (Bob Hamilton), Jennifer Spillane Hayes (Brandon Hayes), Georgia and Christine Spillane Fera (Peter Fera); his grandchildren, Peter Fera, Bobby Hamilton, John Fera, Kevin Hamilton, Maddie Hayes, Alex Hayes, Andrew Fera and Kate Hayes; and his sisters, Atty Edward Spillane, Francis Spillane, Adele Barrett, Atty William Spillane, Kathleen Cullen and Mary Berg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Town of Holbrook Scholarship Committee (checks payable to the Town of Holbrook, Treasurer, 50 North Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA 02343).
