It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne (Kosmo) Walsh of Holbrook, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael L. Kosmo and Olympia Kosmo; her husband Bill; and her siblings, Pauline, Victor, Louis, William'Vaska', Elizabeth (Maras), Alexander'Jim' and Henrietta Kosmo.

She is survived by: her daughter Lauren O. Walsh (Lynn Ciavati) of Belmont. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

A wake was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joyce Funeral Home (245 Main St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. George Albanian Orthodox Cathedral (523 E Broadway, Boston, MA 02127). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Forest Hills Cemetery (95 Forest Hills Ave, Boston, MA 02130).
