With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne M. (Welchlin) Foshey (Holbrook, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 24, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Jane Redmond; her adoptive daughter Mary Anne Hallissey; and also Robert B. Manning. She is survived by: her husband Robert Foshey; her daughters, Maryjane Campbell of Quincy, Elizabeth Stevens and Kathleen Mooney (Joseph) of Hingham; her son-in-law George Campbell; her siblings, Grace Donahue (Joseph), Paula Scanlon (James) of Myrtle Beach, SC, George Welchlin, Roxbury, Daniel Welchlin (Emma) of Taunton and Marylou Hallissey; her grandchildren, Kristan Campbell, Joshua Stevens, Robert Stevens (Kate), Eric Campbell and Sarah Campbell (Joseph Inacio); her great grandchildren, Cameron Campbell, Nicholas and Michael Stevens; and her adoptive daughter Vicky Henry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and her grand dogs.
