With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Bolognia of Hinsdale, Massachusetts, born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanch Sawyer Paris and Louis J. Paris, Sr.; and her brother Ricky Paris. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Bolognia, Sr.; her children, Daniel Bolognia, Jr. (Libby), David Bolognia (Karen), Anthony Bolognia (Lisa) and Marie Greenleaf; her grandchildren, Michael, Steve, Angela, Katie, Scott, Timothy, Nicholas and Crystal; her great grandchildren, Rocco, Luciana, Makaylah, Luca, Eden, River, Johnny and Olivia; her brothers, Louis Paris, Jr. (Carol) of Hinsdale and John Paris (Diane) of Hinsdale; and her close friend Lois Kline of Lenox.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
