She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Sharkey and Jane Berne; her husband William Kudlate (Bill); her children, Sharon Helstowski, Michelle Tirrell, Wayne Kudlate and Christopher Kudlate; her children-in-law, Stephen Helstowski, Jr., William Tirrell and Elaine Kudlate (Salvucci); her grandchildren, Teresa Perkins, Stephen Helstowski, Paul Helstowski, Tammy Bard, Jacqueline Adriani, Stephanie Younker, Mark Kudlate and Michelle Kudlate; her son William Kudlate Jr; and her sister Evelyn Sharkey Hinckley. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Phyllis' honor may be made to: Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer, in care of the funeral home.
