He was predeceased by : his parent Earl E.; and his brother Earl E. Carmel, Jr.. He is survived by : his parent Ruth Sherman Carmel; his wife Evelyn Grace Bean; his brother Louis of Hinsdale; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Carmel of New Hampshire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
