We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Leona K. Parsons of Hinsdale, Massachusetts, born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Kinney and Ada McCloud Kinney. She is survived by: her husband Leon A. Parsons; her children, Mac Hamlen (Peggy) of Las Vegas, NV, Kathleen Sarafin of Las Vegas, NV and Deborah Mason of Brooksville, FL; her grandchildren, Vicki Czech (Tony), Ben Sarafin (Cathy), Jason Hamlen (Tatiana), Theron Hamlen and Steven Sarafin (Kym); and her great grandchildren, Brianne, Hannah, Kenli Czech, Michael, Henry, Tucker Sarafin, Alyssa and Vanessa Hamlen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home, 525 Main Street, Dalton, MA 01226, in her memory. Donations CANNOT be made online, but may be made through the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home.
