He is survived by: his children, Jamie Tribandis (Martin) of Worcester, MA, David Smith (Lisa) of Danvers, MA and Gary Smith (Kelly Tate) of Weymouth, MA; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Joshua and Nicholas Smith. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
