He is survived by: his wife Jacilyn Leonard (Cummiskey); his siblings, Maureen Mullare and Stephen Leonard; his niece Amy Van Duyn (David); and his great-nieces, Grace and Abigail. He is also survived by his loving family, and many loving relatives and friends.
