He is survived by: his parent Ralph Edward Berry Sr.; his children, Ralph Edward Berry III (Karen) of Hull, MA and Jennifer Ann Harris (Dale) of Hingham, MA; and his siblings, David Berry of Sudbury, MA, Bruce Berry of Medfield, MA, Wayne Berry of Plainville, MA and Emma Dunn (Berry) of Jonesville, AR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
