He was predeceased by: his spouse Frances Harkins (Arsenault); his grandchild Shannon Harkins; his parent Owen Harkins; and his sibling John. He is survived by: his children, Karen Tajima of Norwell and Kevin Harkins of New Port Richey, FL.; his grandchildren, Kara Tajima Nolan, Kathryn McGregor and Leanne Tajima; his great grandchildren, Thomas Tajima Nolan, Alister Tajima McGregor and Baby Nolan; his parent Catherine Harkins; and his siblings, Francis and William Harkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
