It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Shea of Hingham, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Shea; and her children, John J. Shea, Jr. (Donna) of Weymouth, Dennis Shea (Lee Ann) of Rockland, Timothy Shea of Haverhill, Jean Maloney (Frank) of Rockland, Thomas H. Shea and Susan Aylward (late Jimmy). She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home - Hingham (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Paul's Parish (147 North St, Hingham, MA 02043).
