He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miriam Early and Maurice James Foley; his siblings, Suzanne Joncas (Leo) of Troy, NY and John Emmet Foley (Pat) of Longmeadow, MA; his children, Anne Rielly (Robert) of Leavenworth, KS, Mary Kate (Jeff Lucas) of Cambridge, MA, Peter (Beth) of Castle Pines, CO, Margaret (Richard Rand) of West Lafayette, IN, Christopher (Kathryn Tremblay) of Somerville, MA, Elizabeth (Christopher Manzo) of Louisville, KY and Rebecca Foley-Gwiasda; his grandchildren, Robert (Emma), Patrick (Amanda), Michael Rielly, Caleb, Elizabeth Lucas-Foley, Sarah, Colin, Megan Foley, Elaine Rand, Sheamus Foley, Marie Manzo, Rebecca and John Ripley; and his wife Joan. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
