It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. (Murphy) Dennehy of Hingham, Massachusetts, born in Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Humphrey Murphy and Helen Murphy (Dennehy); and her siblings, Lawrence Murphy and Lee Ann Heiser. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer (Thomas Anderson), Deirdre Beguerie (Larry Beguerie) of Weymouth and Meredith Deveney (Sush Prusty); her siblings, Helen Minihane (late Robert) of Osterville and Robert Murphy (Elizabeth) of Scituate; and her nephew William Deveney (Linda Getgen) of Norwell. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (10 Summer St, Cohasset, MA 02025).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Mary's name to the Paul Pratt Memorial Library, 35 Ripley Street, Cohasset, MA 02025.
