He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sylvia Moffett, Sadie Beiner, Bessie Cohen, Irene Nesvet Grace and Sydney Levine; and his parents, Abraham Levine and Lena Levine.
He is survived by: his wife Luella Levine; his children, Andrew Levine (Mayumi), Margery (Jeffery Gaines) and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica Wise, Brett Newman, Logan, Nick Ringgard, Landon Gaines, Maya Levine and Ilan Levine; and his great grandchild Carly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
