He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Alice Flanagan (Burke); his siblings, Francis "Buddy" Flanagan and Barbara T. Johnson; and his brother-in-law Robert Galvin.
He is survived by: his wife Demetra Elizabeth Flanagan (Connor) of Hingham; his daughter Melisssa Lanagan (Matthew) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Olivia, Makenzie, Matthew, Lucas, Thao Lanagan of Hanover, Chase, Tucker and Rockland; and his siblings, Gerald Flanagan (Barbara) of Kingston, Robert Flanagan (Nancy) of Ashburn and Patricia Galvin of Green Harbor. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
