He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A Callahan and Myrtle Callahan (Smith); his wife Karen Callahan (Murphy); his sons, Joseph and William Callahan; and his granddaughter Crystal Callahan.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Callahan of Hingham and Nancy Moore (Butch) of Weymouth, MA.; and his children, Tammy Callahan of Hull, Dennis (JoAnne Ames), Theresa (Douglas Bates), Mary (Werner Schultz) and Daniel (Jasmin Callahan). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as several nephews and a niece.
