He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Zofchak and Colleen Zofchak; his spouse Lynn A. Zofchak; his children, John Zofchak III (Kerry) of Pepperell, Damian Zofchak (Stephanie) of Woburn, Adrianne Simeone (John) of Burlington, Gregory Zofchak (Vanessa) of Randolph and Andrew Zofchak (Mackenzie) of Randolph; his siblings, Karen Smith, Jeannie McLarkey and Richard Zofchak; and his grandchildren, Angela, Leif, Cameron, Laila of Damian, II. and Giuliana. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
