She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Dobbins (Hobbs) and George Dobbins; and her husband John P. Dempsey of Hingham. She is survived by: her children, John Dempsey (Cathy) of Hernando, James Dempsey of Hingham, MA, Suzanne Coletti (Peter) of Hingham, MA, Patricia Potvin (Raymond) of Hanover, MA and Stephen Dempsey of Hingham, MA.; and her great grandchildren, Cate, Robert, Emily Wiesehahn, Joseph, John, James Dempsey, Lotte and Pippa Reese. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
